By 2015, Al was already running digital marketing campaigns across Europe—in three different languages—building profitable funnels and omnichannel strategies for clients in eCommerce, tourism, and nightlife. His work spanned multiple countries and industries, but the foundation was always the same: data-backed execution and real, measurable outcomes.

That expertise led to managing high-stakes campaigns for hospitality giants in Mallorca, Spain—one of the most competitive entertainment markets in the world. From full-season nightclub launches to rapid-fire ticketing funnels for live events, Al ran multinational campaigns for iconic brands, orchestrating complex ads across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube with budgets reaching into six figures.

But after 2020, everything shifted.

With the uncertainty of the pandemic reshaping global business, Al turned his full focus to healthcare—a space that was underserved, overregulated, and in urgent need of strategic marketing leadership. What began as consulting for a few local wellness clinics evolved into a full-scale transformation. He saw firsthand how medical practices struggled with compliance, messaging, and digital patient acquisition. And he knew the same systems that drove results in hospitality could be ethically adapted to healthcare—if done right.

Today, we serve healthcare companies worldwide, with a special focus on U.S. practices and medical groups in cities like Miami—a place that holds personal meaning for Al.
